REFUND POLICY

All sales are final, however If you have received an item that is damaged, please send us an email at bracelethill@gmail.com so that we can request further proof of damage. To be eligible for a possible refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

If you require a refund it must be done within 3 business days of your purchase and you will receive a refund within 30 days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
